Sweep Aside, Tribe's Week Good

This has been a very good week for the Cleveland Indians. Not so much on the major league level, where the Tribe had its nine-game winning streak snapped by the World Champion Boston Red Sox, who came into Jacobs Field and swept a three game series.

The news was much better on the minor-league front. The Indians had a couple of key signings; saw several blue-chip pitchers move up; had their top-rated prospect make his first appearance of the year; watched as another highly-touted pitching prospect return to action for the first time since last summer; and also welcomed back their best third base prospect come back from back problems.
