The Cleveland Indians have not been in the post-season all that much -- especially compared to their first-round opponent, the storied New York Yankees. Next to some other clubs in the 2007 post-season party, Cleveland can be considered a franchise steeped in success -- even though the Indians last won the World Series in 1948.
