Casey Blake homered twice and drove in seven runs Monday night to help the Indians to a 13-9 win in Texas. Ben Francisco and David Dellucci also hit home runs in Cleveland's biggest offensive output in weeks. During the game, the Indians announced that right-hander Jake Westbrook returned to Cleveland to have his sore throwing elbow examined. The team hopes it is not serious and is awaiting word. | |
