Look For Tribe To Draft Pitchers

Pitching, pitching and more pitching. That describes the depth of this year's draft as well as the Indians' most urgent needs. The rate of attrition at the big-league level, where it appeared in spring training that the Indians were well-stocked on the mound, shows that you really never can have too much pitching. So expect Cleveland to go after pitchers early and often the next three days.

Brad Grant, the Indians' director of amateur scouting, would not divulge any names on the team's draft list.
