The Indians' 2008 season, which began with great expectations, didn't exactly end with a thud. Yet there is no joy in Mudville, either. A 5-1 loss in Chicago in a game that meant much more to the White Sox left the Tribe with an 81-81 record. It came after a frustrating six months of injuries, losing and winning streaks of 10 games, and the trading of CC Sabathia, Casey Blake and Paul Byrd.
