So, who's to blame for the Indians clutching defeat from the jaws of victory Sunday? It must be the umps, whose controversial ruling after watching instant replay gave the Yankees a two-run homer. Not really. How about the bullpen, which fried starter Carl Pavano's 3-1 lead and turned it into the 7-3 loss? You're getting closer. How about the Tribe offense, which didn't convert its chances? Bingo.
