Jordan Brown won the Triple-A International league batting title with a .336 average for Columbus -- but was not called up by the Indians. At first glance, it appears to be a serious oversight by an organization that has made a number of curious moves during a disappointing season. There's more to it, according to some folks in the know who say Brown didn't do enough to earn a promotion.
