Compiled a .323 average in two seasons at Sacramento State after transferring from the College of the Sequoias. He was a second team all-WAC selection as a senior in 2008 after hitting .330 with five homers, 33 RBI and 15 stolen bases in 19 attempts. Was 33-for-41 over the last two seasons. In the final series of his collegiate career against Fresno State, Blair went 9-for-17 (.541) with three doubles. ... Hit .316 as a junior. ... in junior college in 2006, he hit .355.
