Michael Brantley drove in three runs with three hits to lead Columbus to a 7-2 win at Louisville.

Brantley (.267) had a double, two singles and his 42nd stolen base in 47 attempts to continue a solid first season at the Triple-A level at age 22.

Acquired from Milwaukee as the player to be named in the trade that sent CC Sabathia to the Brewers for four players in July 2008, Brantley has missed some time this year with hamstring and ankle injuries. He still has played in a team-high 112 games, however, making only two errors as he has been one of the best fielding outfielders in the International League.

At the plate, Brantley is 118-for-442 with 20 doubles, two triples, five homers, 76 runs and 35 RBI. More impressive is his 55 walks compared to 46 strikeouts from the leadoff spot in the Clippers' order.
