Jesus Brito had two doubles and scored twice to help Mahoning Valley to a 6-1 win at Jamestown.

Brito (.328) went 2-for-5 with a double in his 17th game since being promoted from the Arizona League -- where on Friday he was named to the All-Star team one month after his move up at age 21.

Brito hit .366 with three homers and 25 RBI in 35 games in Arizona. Overall in 52 games this year, the third baseman has hit .354 with 18 doubles, eight triples, three homers, 49 runs and 38 RBI.

Casey Frawley (.317), Greg Folgia (.272), and Ben Carlson (.234) also had two hits apiece for the Scrappers in the win.

Vidal Nuno (5-0, 1.57 ERA) gave up one run over 5 1-3 innings. The right-hander, drafted in the 48th round in June, allowed five hits, one walk and struck out five.

Jeremy Johnson (1.74 ERA) worked 2 2-3 scoreless innings and Nick Kirk (2.64) finished with one scoreless inning.

Played three seasons (2006-08) for the Indians' team in the Dominican Summer League, compiling a .224 average with four homers and 77 RBI in 198 games.
