Indians Sign 27 Of 50 Draft Picks

A whirlwind finish minutes before the signing deadline gave the Indians organization a needed boost of talent. Cleveland signed its top four picks and five of its top eight in the final hours of negotiations, spending millions of dollars. The Indians completed deals with 27 of 50 players drafted, including their top 14 overall. A year ago, they went 28-for-50, including their first 20 choices.
